Older Eyes

Traditional iron and red dot sights require the operator to focus at a distance of about 3′.  With all the time we spend looking at computer and phone screens, this can get more difficult as we age.  At nearly 100x larger than the small dot of a front sight, Green Light Sights are much easier to see.  Additionally, since we don’t need to focus on the Green Light Sight, but rather can let it become blurry and focus on our target, presbyopia or nearsightedness is less of an issue.
