The 3 kinds of eye dominance

1- Single eye dominance: If with both eyes open, when you present your firearm and focus on your target, you see just one gun in your hands, you have a single dominant eye.  To use our sights, simply place the green square of our sights directly over center mass of the target.  If you want to develop balanced vision to increase your visual field, see our training page.

2-Balanced eyes / no dominance:  If with both eyes open, when you present your firearm and focus on your target, you see two guns in front of you, and the guns look the same, you have balanced eye dominance.  Please the center mass of your target between the two green squares of your two gun images.

3- Partial eye dominance:  If with both eyes open, when you present your firearm and focus on your target, you see two guns in front of you, and one of the guns is a faded ‘ghost’ image, then you have partial eye dominance.  Please the center mass of your target between the two green squares of your two gun images.  You may want to practice making the ‘ghost’ image stronger and shifting into Balanced eyes / no dominance (see our training page).
